Fear, uncertainty, and anxiety are becoming common feelings for many of us as the world continues to fight the global novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. While social media can be a source of those emotions, it can also be a place to connect and find comfort. Lizzo took the lead on that front, uploading a full 30-minute meditation to help listeners find strength and love amid the pandemic.
She started the video with an unexpected but amazing flute cover of "All the Way Turnt Up" by Roscoe Dash and Soulja Boy. "I wanted to give y'all something nice to come into," she explained, describing it as a "fight song."
Lizzo's latest performance had been scheduled for March 13 at the Houston Rodeo, but was called off in light of the pandemic. "It's a scary time for a lot of people, and even I was experiencing some fear," Lizzo told viewers following the cancellation. "And more so than fear, I was experiencing helplessness." Knowing that others were feeling the same, she focused the 30-minute meditation on finding inner strength and turning from fear toward love. "We have power. You have power. You have power to eliminate fear," she said. She encouraged everyone to help others during crisis while working on their own mental and emotional health.

- Fear does not exist in my body.
- Fear does not exist in my home.
- Love exists in my body.
- Love exists in my home.
- The opposite of fear is love.
