There are a lot of things I love in this world, but very few things are more exciting for me than teaching a full class at the gym where I coach, Epic Hybrid Training Center. I love the thrill of the loud music and the sweaty, smiling people all around me. And I love pushing them to their limit and seeing them get stronger. Most of all, I love that Epic uses functional movements to give our clients the best possible workout.
However, I've noticed quite a few things at my gym when I teach group classes that are pretty common among regularly attending clients. Judging by what my other trainer friends tell me, these mistakes are easy to see in just about any group fitness class. If you're a group fitness junkie, listen up. These are the six mistakes I see my clients make all too often.
