Get Jacked with 'Junk'
To get muscular results, we’re supposed to eat about 200 grams of protein a day, which is equivalent to about six chicken breasts. Consuming that much protein in one day isn’t the easiest thing to do, it's a struggle for many of us. Well, fret no more because we can get sources of protein from snacks or what may be considered to be “junk” food. In general, snaks provide no nutritional value, but there are some that do. While we aren’t recommending that you get all of your protein from snacks, it's beneficial to know that that there are protein alternatives.
