Keeping your eyes up, moving often and making sure your spine is supported are some of the keys to a healthy workspace – and they don’t require expensive equipment

As I sit on a garden chair with my laptop perched on an outdoor table in a last-ditch effort to stop my dog digging the lawn, it’s timely that I’ve been asked to write about setting up a home workstation that doesn’t ruin your back, for people self-isolating during the coronavirus crisis (come to think of it, my back is aching a little).
