Not everybody follows K-pop, so I'll let you in on a secret: BTS, the K-pop phenomenon-slash-biggest boy band on the planet, have a discography overflowing with jams for your workout playlist. Their pump-up songs are so good, we have a full BTS workout playlist and BTS running playlist for all your fitness needs. What we didn't have? A choreographed workout to a BTS song.
Cue this full-body workout from fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner, which is perfectly set to BTS's 2019 hit "Boy With Luv." The fast-paced bodyweight workout focuses on glutes, core, and legs, and even gets your heart rate up with plenty of jumping jacks and side-to-side reaches. And the whole workout matches up perfectly to the poppy, upbeat song that, TBH, was already on our workout playlists anyway - we might as well start doing a full bodyweight circuit with it, right?
