The Fitness Marshall's dance workouts are quickly becoming a staple in our workout routine, especially when we're feeling sore from our strength and running sessions. The Fitness Marshall told POPSUGAR that someone left a comment saying he should switch his dance style up more, and that's exactly what he did! "Instead of getting offended, I took the comment and ran with it," he said.
This routine is giving us all the ballet feels, and we love the isolated butt and ab holds The Fitness Marshall sprinkled throughout. "Getting out of our comfort zones isn't easy, and while ballet definitely isn't my thing, I thought it would be fun to incorporate some ballet-like movements in addition to a fast hip-hop sequence," The Fitness Marshall explained.
