Get a Slow Burn in With The Fitness Marshall's New Dance Workout to "Bury a Friend"

The Fitness Marshall always keeps us on our toes when it comes to his dance cardio workouts. Our favorite things about his workouts are the intensity, energy, and how much we sweat.

In his latest video to Billie Eilish's "Bury a Friend," TFM scaled back the intensity of the choreography. Instead of fast-paced sequence, you're going to get a slow muscle burn in.

"I wanted to do something different with this one and go a little less silly and a little more creepy," TFM told POPSUGAR. "I think it's so much fun to change vibes and kind of play a character. Definitely keeps the workout fresh," he said.
