Cauliflower Crust, Who?! Trader Joe's Now Sells Butternut Squash Pizza Crust

Move over, cauliflower crust - there's a new low-carb superfood pizza crust in town, and it's about to fly off the shelves. Trader Joe's now sells a butternut squash pizza crust made also with corn flour, olive oil, and a touch of salt, according to its packaging.

Instagram account Trader Joe's List (@traderjoeslist) posted a photo of the new gluten-free find, and fans are already going wild. "IM SORRY WHAT I am shook," one person commented. "yassssss no more gassy cauliflower pizza," another wrote. Although we haven't tracked down the exact nutrition information, the package notes that it's gluten-free. And since it needs to be kept frozen, look for this bad boy in the freezer section.

It's made with corn flour, so we can't say for certain that this butternut squash pizza crust is necessarily low-carb enough to be considered keto, but it most likely has fewer carbs than a traditional flour or whole-wheat pizza crust. If you're looking to cut back on carbs and are sick of cauliflower crust, give this butternut squash pizza crust a try! It's probably a good idea to stock up when you see it - this new frozen food is bound to fly off the shelves.
