Prepping food for the week is one of the most effective ways I stay on track when it comes to eating healthy and avoiding overeating. If I don't prep meals and snacks, dinner will end up being an entire bag of chips with guacamole or a pint of Ben & Jerry's almond milk ice cream (or both!).
