A Celebrity Trainer Shares His Favorite Exercises For "a Perky Derriere"

You don't have to be shy about it. You want a bigger booty - and you're not the only one. "Modern-day obsession with having a perky derriere has reached an all-time high," Jason Wimberly, LA-based celebrity trainer and founder of THE WALL Fitness, told POPSUGAR. "Luckily, there is no shortage of ways to strengthen and build one of the strongest muscles in your body."

Jason gave us some exclusive pointers on how to build a bodacious ass, and you can likely do most of this work at home!

"While squats are a favorite in glute work, I prefer to rely on variations of bridges and kicks, either with a band or with an ankle weight," Jason explained. "These variations are my favorite." He cites weighted bridge and scorpion kicks as two of his most recommended glute exercises to do on the regular. Descriptions for each are below.
