Some of us obsess a little too much over numbers. Perhaps most of us. Unfortunately if you step on a scale every morning to figure out whether or not you’re losing weight, there’s a number right there in front of you. If it’s a little lower than usual, congrats! If not, well, you’re a failure now, aren’t you.
