Every once in a while, we come across an athlete who hasn't hit it big in the mainstream quite yet, but we just know they're one to watch out for. That's exactly how we feel about Paige VanZant, the 23-year-old UFC fighter who has several wins on her mixed martial arts record. She's known for her aggressive strikes and agile movements, and just one look at her Instagram shows that she's a dedicated fighter who puts in the hard work it takes to be a winner.
To stay in tip-top shape, Paige does all sorts of workouts. Aside from sparring regularly, you can see her flipping over huge tires, lifting weights, doing ab workouts with (multiple) medicine balls, running, and even practicing yoga. She also loves to dance. For many years, before she got into fighting, Paige was a dancer who dabbled in hip-hop, ballet, and jazz. In 2016, she was on Dancing With the Stars, and she and partner Mark Ballas took home second place!
Whatever workout she's doing, though, you can tell she puts in 100 percent every single time. And those abs! We're feeling motivated AF right now. After seeing these pictures and videos of her training her ass off, you'll probably feel the same.
