Workout of the Week #20
Do 50 vault to 10kg sandbag throws as fast as you can.
How to do the workout:
Stand to the side of a box or bench holding a 10kg sandbag or med ball. Throw the sandbag to land close to the other side of the box. Then put your hands on the top of the box and jump your legs over it to land beside the sandbag. That's one rep. Continue by grabbing the sandbag, throwing it over the box and vaulting the box again. Be sure to land with soft knees each time and work on finding the most efficient way to get over the box.
